Hello, you can change your name (and other information) by logging in to Hive Community> Clicking on the drop down menu next to your name in the top right hand corner> My profile> Edit. Please keep in mind that your name on Hive Community is also the name we see on your technical support cases. If you change your name in the Hive Community, just remember that alias is what we will use to assign your cases from then on.
