Guest Management

Hi. Some time ago, I created a group 'GUEST MANAGEMENT' so that employees of the organization could generate keys for guests. This works correctly, I have 3 users who can create keys for guests. But if I add a new user in the group, do not create nails for guests.

 Now, if I add a user to the group 'GUEST MANAGEMENT', it doesn't let me asign a location in which to create the keys, and I don't know why it can be

Your screen shot is showing where you'd want to choose the user groups the Guest Manager has access to.

The Guest Managers won't have access to anything that is location based, so you don't need to assign a location from them. All they will be able to do it create users in the user groups you've given then access to.
