You might try resetting the AP to force it to let go of the old settings. We'll want to ensure the port that the AP is connected to is allowing the proper VLANs and that we have a DHCP server on the VLAN the AP is connecting to.

Yes, it does. I have done that already. is there anything that needs to be done to physical device? Issue is the old network is no problem available and the AP is still holding the old IP config causing the HM to hold the AP in a "staged" status.

To set the AP to use DHCP instead of a static address, you'll want to go to Configure> Check the box next to the AP> Modify> Expand the "MGT0 Interface Settings" section> Choose the option next to "DHCP Client without Fallback" so that it uses DHCP instead of a static address> Save. Then push a complete update out to the AP so that it reboots, and when it comes back up it will be using an address assigned by your DHCP server. Does that answer your question?
