I want to ask if I can view user data such as Email / SMS imported from Open-SSID with Captive Web Portal ?

Okay. I added grant access to an external admin for email slynn@aerohive.com.

Pls help me check .

Thank you for your patience, I was not able to replicate the behavior in my lab. I'd like to check the set up to make sure everything is correct, could you add me as an external user with the email address slynn@aerohive.com? I won't make any changes, I just want to take a look at the configuration items in use. I would also need to know your Organization name (you can find this by clicking on the silhouette icon in the top right hand corner> Global Settings> Account Details) and the name of the Network Policy you would like me to check.
