Thank you for allowing me to test that. I was able to register and I received the welcome email right away:
Since I was able to register, we know the configuration is correct and the HiveManager is processing things properly. My best guess is there is a firewall or spam filter preventing these emails from coming through.
I'll remove my test AP now, and delete the test users so there are no objects left from my testing.

Thank you for letting me know. I took a look at the configuration and it looks correct to me. Would you mind if I added an AP from my lab so I could try to self register as a test? I would add a device to your device inventory temporarily, then push your configuration out to my AP, but no changes would be made otherwise.

Once the user registers, their email will be saved in their user details, which you can view by going to Configure> Users (subtab)> Users (left hand side menu this time).
Thank you for granting me access. Could you also tell me your Organization name (you can find this by clicking on the silhouette icon in the top right hand corner> Global Settings> Account Details) and the name of the Network Policy you would like me to check?
