Hello,

There may be a difference in which server you connect to (IP wise) but otherwise there shouldn't be a difference I don't think. Glad you got it working though.

Hello

Yesterday I use an IQ cloud account with no 30 days test. Just free portal.
System stop at fix amber led at each time. I test reset hardware, let 2 hours connected for upgrade, reboot, etc…
Nothing append.

Today, I have create a new portal account with 30 days testing.
And now after 5 minutes, the hardware is connected with white LED and apply my local Policy.
[cid:image004.png@01D5EBCE.97190F90]

Is there a difference between the trial cloud and free cloud (after 30 days) for onboarding ?
In the free cloud account, I have 3 AP130 with firmware 6.5. In ne new try cloud account only this unit.

For finishing my test:

* I remove AP130 from the trial cloud account
* I connect to the free cloud account, I had the unit

* It became white after 2 minutes
* I see it into the cloud console
* The system reboot 2 times
* It became white now
* It works

So I don’t understand why I have “unlock” the product by adding it to a trial cloud portal and be able to come back to standard portal.

Anyway, it works. Sorry for my question.

Best regards

Have you got a hivemanager/CloudIQ account? If so I'd follow this guide to get it connected:
