​No i cant gain access at all.

it stadged  while i tried to update the firmware .

Hi Jerry,

 

It sounds like the HiveOS image may not be bootable or the hardware may be faulty.

 

Unfortunately, because this model is EoL it is not eligible for support assistance from Aerohive:
