Hi, high collision on all AP. Earlier the users were complaining they couldn’t connect to the SSID, network is full, and we changed the channels on each AP. Now users are able to connect to the network but still the Wi-Fi status shows it has high collision. Using Ap230.

The guides I posted in my first response will show you how to troubleshoot high collision errors on your network. If you'd like assistance with those steps, please send me tech data from a problematic AP, and I'll review it to let you know what we see and what we can do to improve things.

Hi Sam, the RF overcrowded issue is not appearing after changing the channels on the AP.
however there is still high collision in each AP. we are on 8.x firmware release only.
can you show how to remove the high collision issues.
PS: each AP has not more than 10 users connected to it. Some AP which has only 1 user but still it shows high collision.

If you are using a 10.x firmware version, please keep in mind that this version has an issue that causes false positive interference alters. If you are on a 10.x version, consider moving to an 8.x version until 10.0r8 is release, which should have a fix for this issue. Otherwise these guides will assist you in troubleshooting interference on your network:
