Hi, I bought 6 AP121 through a Dutch marketplace (2nd hand stuff). However, if I then want to enter it in the HiveManager I get the following message "Error 9 The device appears to be used by another VHM." Can you help me with this?

i have already done that. At first i could not find the E-Mail adress.

Email "communityhelp@aerohive.com" with the list of serial numbers and I believe they can de-register the devices.

I have already tried to open a case but i don't have any access to that.

and The company they came from has switched to another product
