hi, I had new AP250 in my HiveManager but when i want to update they the button update device stey grey. If somoene have a solution.

I have restart the AP and the light is white and the button in the console is green

Looks like you got it before I could respond, but yes, a network-policy assignment is required, then an update an go to a Hive device.

If we have no policy declare on the endpoint we can do nothing ....
