If you click on the silhouette icon in the top right hand corner> Global Settings> Account Management (left hand side menu)> Open the primary contact record> Here you can change the email address to whatever you'd like.
If you change it to a non-existent email, it will save, but you won't be able to reset the password in the event it is forgotten so changing this email to a working address is recommended unless you don't plan to use this HiveManager again in the future. Hope that helps!
