HI,
I have a couple of disconnected/offline devices (APs) in my Hivemanager. How can I delete the offline devices?
Thanks,
Daniel

Hi Ashley,
The problem was related to permissions. Now I am able to delete devices from HiveManager.
Thank you.

Hi Daniel,
Even if they're offline you should still be able to delete them from the HiveManager. For instance see the NG platform below:
What administrator role is your account assigned to? Perhaps it's not a high enough level to see these options.

I don´t have any of this options. The APs are offline and not connected anymore.

If you're on HiveManager classic: select the device(s) > device inventory > remove
If you're on HiveManager NG: select the device(s) > click the trash can
