I tried to reset it to factory values using the reset button but it did not work, and the LED light always remained on and in pink.
I also tried to connect by console using putty, exe, selecting the option "serial" to execute the CAPWAP commands but the AP does not respond (the console window opens but does not allow writing)
I use HiveManager Classic.

Hi Martha! The staged status means that the update was assigned to a disconnected device and the update will push out automatically when the device reconnects. Since you aren't able to get to the console of the AP to troubleshoot, and a reset did not resolve the issue, you're going to need to open a technical support case to see if our engineers can get that working for you or if we need to RMA it.
