You must be a super admin to enter an entitlement key. This is typically the user who originally signed up for the HiveManager. If you can provide your VHM ID, I can tell you the current super admins for that HiveManager Classic instance. If you'd prefer to give me your VHM ID privately, please email it to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com.
