I cant change Country code on AP121. An error appears, how can I solve this problem ?

I have AP licenses but cant open a case about this issue. I am already send a email our licenses information to "communityhelp@aerohive.com"

Country code changes must be done by an Aerohive support technician, so you would need to open a technical support case for this to be adjusted.
