How can I change the ip address??? The VM only seems to accept an dhcp address... I also don't have access to http://"hivemanager-ip":3000/

The credentials for the :3000 page should be the same as the admin credentials for the HiveManager. If you reset the admin credentials, the credentials for the :3000 port will also be reset. You would need to change the IP address from that :3000 page, or with some versions of VMware you can shut the instance down, right click on the instance name, and change the IP from there.
