If you're using HiveManager (formerly NG), you can log in with their credentials and change the email address and password associated with the primary account. If you don't know the credentials and don't have access to the email to utilize the reset password option, we can change the password to something else temporarily to allow you access so you can set it up with a more secure credential set. If you'd like us to set the password for you, please send me the email address for the primary account.
If you're using HiveManager Classic, please send me the VHM ID (Help> About HiveManager), and I can let you know what our options are.
