Hello @Miguel Santacruz and @Christian Leutermann , thank you for reaching out. In order for downloads to be enabled, you would need to purchase either Aerohive partner support, or Select support. If you can send either a sales order or entitlement key that I can associate to an account that has purchased support, then I can enable download access for you.
