Per our email conversation, you would need to purchase partner support at minimum to have access to downloads in Hive Community. If you can send me a sales order showing your support level, I can enable proper permissions on Hive Community for you.

In order for downloads to be enabled, you would need to purchase either Aerohive partner support, or Select support. If you can send either a sales order or entitlement key that I can associate to an account that has purchased support, then I can enable download access for you.
