How come we can connect Android and Microsoft devices on a Wifi configured on a BR100, but NOT an iOS device (iPhone)

Error message : incorrect password (we tried multiple times, with the same password we input on Android devices). ?

And one time out of twenty, the iOS device can "connect" but the connection is extremely slow.

Could you SSH in to an AP, enable the following auth debugs, then connect with an android client, then attempt with an iPhone? That should show us the differences in the connection process so we can begin troubleshooting this with you.

Auth debugs:

_debug auth basic

_debug auth verbose

 

If you could then get tech data from that AP and email that to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com, along with the MAC address of the android and iPhone clients you used during the test, I can take a look and let you know what I find.
