You would want to check your license management page (which is typically only available to view by the default administrator for the HiveManager). If you are using HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com)you would want to go to Home> Administration> License Management. If you are using HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com) then you would want to click on the silhouette icon in the top right hand corner> Global Settings> License Management. You'll want to make sure the number of devices you are licensed for matches the total number of devices in the HiveManager.
