How do I remove serial number from another VHM so I can add it to my own?

We bought a used Aerohive from another company (AP230) and we can't seem to add it to our VHM. We get this error:

Unable to add serial number "02301501130456". The serial number belong to another VHM in Redirector.

How do we remove it so we can add it to our VHM?

I’m in the same boat. I just e-mailed you my info. Kindly free up my AP so I can add it to my VHM

Thank you for sending that over to me, I've freed that device up for you now so you should be able to add it to your HiveManager at this time. Please let me know if you have any further issues adding that device to your current device inventory.
