How do I remove serial number from another VHM so I can add it to my own?

We bought a used Aerohive from another company (AP230) and we can't seem to add it to our VHM. We get this error:

Unable to add serial number "02301501130456". The serial number belong to another VHM in Redirector.

How do we remove it so we can add it to our VHM?
