If you don't have access to the previous VHM, please email me the serial numbers at communityhelp@aerohive.com and I will get those devices freed up for you.
If you do have access to the VHM, you'll want to go to Monitor> Check the box next to the AP>
If you are using HiveManager (formerly NG), click on the trash can icon to remove the device.
If you are using HiveManager Classic, click on Device Inventory> Remove.
