how do I reset a password for accessing Hivemanager Classic?

Do you have access or are you locked out? Is this on-prem or cloud?

If you have access, you can go the the "Home" tab and click "Administration" and "Administrators." Click on the account and check "Change Password"

I have access and it is on prem.
