Aerohive AP Showing Up Under Different VIQ

Hello,I have an Aerohive AP130 that I would like to add to my VIQ but it's showing up under a different VIQ. What do I need to do to get it switched?The S/N is 01301504140129Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Some Macs have full 5ghz signal but no internet connectivity. Only effects Macs on certain AP122's

Several Macs in our school can no longer access the internet in certain rooms. They all are pulling a full 5ghz signal but no connectivity. Please advise.
