Hello,
The SNMP server settings can be found at the Configure Tab -> Network Policy -> Additional Settings -> Management Server
You can enable and configure it at the Network Policy level, and push an update to all Devices in this network policy to start using SNMP.
Hope this helps,

Ciao to all,
We are testing SNMP on HM NG. Do you have fixed the issue?
I've another question, what IP address I have to set on my SNMP server? The public IP of my office or Aerohive's addresses?
Thank you

We are working on a fix for this, and that should be released in a HiveOS update. Thank you for sharing your workaround.

Is this a known issue, i have AP 250 with same issues. The solution to 'no interface' eth then re-enable started allowing SNMP. I am sure this is temporary until next update or config change.

Some issues with SNMP were fixed with HiveOS 8.2r3 and 8.4r1, can you confirm you are on the latest HiveOS version possible for your model? If you are, we'd want to get a mirrored port packet capture and go from there, which means we'll want to open a technical support case.
