How to remove devices from HiveManager NG after trial ends

How to delete a device on a expired trial account for register this device on a new account?

I want to open a case, but i have no permissions... Not possible to downgrade the trial account to a free account?

Hello, if you email me the serial number of the device you are using at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can get that device freed up for you. If you'd like to use Connect (the free version of HiveManager), please register at cloud.aerohive.com and choose Connect when prompted.

Thank you, it work, i have added the AP to the new account.

Thank you for that serial number, I responded to your email but just in case you see this first; I have removed that AP from the redirector for you, so you should be able to add it to a new HiveManager at this time.
