How to reset a admin password in HM 12.8.2.2 onPremise?

Hi,

does anyone know how to reset/change the password for an additional admin user.

One of our admins has lost his password and now I want to change/reset his password from within the HM GUI.

Hi Sam,

I've found the problem. It depends on the used browser.

Using firefox the reset password link is visible, using chrome the option is not visible...

Unfort. I'm not sure, where to find the forgot password option.

Are they able to follow the forgot password work flow? There isn't a way to set admin passwords in the GUI, this is something they need to set for themselves, and they can reset it themselves with the forgot password option.
