The default VLAN is 1, so as long as you're OK with untagged traffic being placed in VLAN 1, you're good to go.
If you follow best practice and want untagged traffic on different VLAN(s) in NG or cloud, go to the "Configuration" tab, select your Network Policy, then select the "Device Templates" tab and "Switch Templates." Click "Add" to create a new SR2348P template. Once you're in the template configuration, select "Port Configuration," select the port(s) you want to configure, then click "Assign" and "Create New."
Here is where you can choose to create Access ports, 802.1Q Trunk Ports, or Phone/Data ports. In this case, select "Trunk Port (802.1Q VLAN Tagging)." Under the "VLAN Object" settings, you can select the "Native VLAN" for untagged traffic and the "Allowed VLANs." Best practice would limit these to only the VLANs required for these links.
Additionally, I'm not sure if this is the recommended method, but we create a template for each switch and link them via classification rules.
I hope I'm actually answering your question with all this.
Best,
BJ
