You'd simply do one of the following from the CLI for each of the SSIDs on the interface.
no interface wifi<0/1> ssid <SSID Name>
A simpler approach if running a newer HiveOS that supports radios in sensor mode is to do:
int wifi<0/1) mode sensor
From the CLI, you'd drill down into the AP and at the radio level there is an option to administratively set the radio to down. It varies slightly depending on if you're using Hivemanager Classic or NG.
