How to upgrade firmware on SR2224P switch? Current firmware is 1.0.1.19 however the latest gold update is 1.0.1.26. The Switch will not show online in HiveManager, so I'm at a loss of how to upgrade the firmware.

Looks like you don't need them to connect to the GUI to do this.

That would be great if I could go to support.aerohive.com. But that redirects me to here. If you click on Downloads>Switch Software, I get a blank page.
