My guess is you're running in to interference but you'd really want to open a support case so they can collect some data to be sure. This guide reviews how to identify and troubleshoot interference on your network: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Radio-Frequency-Interference-NG

Thanks I was able update via the AP's Web UI.
Could I also ask what is the best settings for ATOMs? Mine seem to go offline often. I'm using meshing however I have two that have a CAT5 that plugs into them and one that doesn't and the one that doesn't is the one that goes offline often. I would rather use them without a CAT5 cable but that seems to be the only way they stay online. Also to add I have two AP130's

What is the error message you see when you try to update the firmware? If you click on Device Update Results on the Manage> Devices page, you should see the failure details listed.
Also could you try updating via the AP's Web UI or CLI? These guides review how to do this, and I've emailed you directly with some firmware files for an AP130 for you to test with.
