I have tried to delete and re-onboard them again, but still not managing updateing network policy..
the AP I've been working on today has IQ Engine 10.0r8 build-236132 running. the mouse over "Device Update failed" ends with Caused by: Unknown.

Thank you for confirming that. Could you enable CAPWAP debugs on an AP having this issue, replicate the update failure, then pull tech data and send that to me at [email protected]?

yepp, some of the AP's on the same network, behind the same FW, will perform an update after a reboot. makes me pretty sure 😉
