Something to keep in mind, if the AP is using a firmware version older than 6.5r3, you won't be able to manage the device in HiveManager. If that is the case for your AP, please let me know what firmware version it's using now, and I can send you the files to get the AP up to at least 6.5r3 so you can use it in the HiveManager.
