I have picked up an AP370 second-hand, and do not have a service contract. Therefore I can not access the downloads, but I want to update my AP to the latest firmware. It is currently on 6.0r2c

Could you try updating via the CLI instead? This guide reviews how to do this: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Updating-HiveOS-from-CLI-using-SCP-TFTP-or-HTTP-s

Thank you for letting me know. I have sent you an older firmware version, could you try to update to that and let me know if you still trouble updating the AP?

thank you. I have received your file. But there is a problem. If you proceed with the update, you will get this message for every file you send. "Cannot perform the HiveOS image upgrade because

the image file does not match the device series type. "

My ap is AP370 HiveOS 6.0r2c release build.
