Hello @Detlev Weide , thanks for letting me know. Would you be able to open a case with your Aerohive partner about this? For an on premises deployment, a good first step for this would be to check the resources dedicated to the HiveManager to make sure we haven't run out of space anywhere, and to try to reboot the HiveManager.

Got the same problem with our on premise 12.8.2.2-NGVASEP18.
Any solution available?

Thanks for letting me know, I've created a technical support case for this issue, I've taken personal ownership of the case, and I'll make sure that gets where it needs to go for you. I'm very sorry for the frustration here, but hopefully we can get this resolved for you in the case very soon.
