I'm not unable to add AP to another VHM;
Error 9 The device appears to be in use by another VHM.
I have a few AP's which are coming from an old customer, we like to reset them so they can be used in a Connect portal.
Is this possible?

If you can email me the serial numbers of the devices you need freed up, I can see what steps we need to take to get those devices in to your Connect instance.
