You can jump to any later HiveOS version from 6.2r1. I'd recommend going to 6.5r3 minimum so you can manage the device in our ExtremeCloud IQ platform.

I got one AP120 on firmware level 6.2r1c, wich levels do i need to upgrade this AP?

All the ap's are removed from the on prem hivemanager, but stil the error The device appears to be in use by another VIQ
