Thank you for that information. Can you confirm that HTTPS 443 is allowing outbound traffic via your firewall and any content filters? Some additional things we could try:
1) If you run the command "show clock", is the date and time displayed correct?
2) Confirm that HiveAgent is installed correctly with the command "show application".
Just to confirm, the switch used to connect to the HiveManager but then disconnected? Did anything change on the network directly before the switch disconnected? When did you first notice that the switch was disconnected?

Switch model SR2208P.
The HiveManager that the AP is connected to, and that the switch was formerly connected to is HiveManger (formerly NG) cloud-va2.aerohive.com.
This is status on switch on CLI.

What model switch are you using? And which HiveManager platform are you trying to connect it to; HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com) or HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com)?
