I've just reread it and realised you said that it was connect previously, apologies! I Also thought it was just the one that wasn't connecting so that changes the thought process slightly! I'd factory reset them (hold the pin for at least 5 seconds) first. Then if they don't come online are you able to get console access to at least one of them? SSH should work also as long as the AP has an IP address and then I'd follow the troubleshooting steps in this guide:

I am trying to connect AP330s and the platform is HiveManager Connect. Thanks for your response. Also, I did recheck the serial numbers, and they are correct.

Also double check the serial number is entered correctly.
