Is it possible to do heat map before APs are installed? Trying to plan a deployment of APs but the heat map under Network 306 in HiveManager is not showing anything. I have the floor plan uploaded, perimeters are marked, and got sim devices created.

Is it possible to do heat map before APs are installed? Trying to plan a deployment of APs but the heat map under Network 306 in HiveManager is not showing anything. I have the floor plan uploaded, perimeters are marked, and got sim devices created.
You should see heat maps on the planning tab once you have devices added to the Map. If you have devices placed on the map and you don't see any heat maps populating, you may need to open a technical support case to troubleshoot the HiveManager itself.
