Hi Sam, I am getting an error when trying to update File from update server to upgrade the firmware.
Hive manager is on the data vlan and should be able to get out to the internet.

That is an older version of HiveManager, you'll want to upgrade to 8.2r2 for the newest features and bug fixes. While on verion 6.8r4, you can use any HiveOS version of the same version or lower, anything newer than 6.8 won't be compatible with your HiveManager. Once you're on the latest version of HiveManager, you can check the recommended firmware version here: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/question/0D50c00007NeN2jCAF/hiveos-matrix
