Unfortunately, I have no support available under my account and my company (where I acquired these APs) did not renew Aerohive support.

Thank you for your patience while we worked on this in our lab this for you. I think at this point we are going to need a support case so we can get our engineering team to work on this with us. Since we can use these characters in the CLI, I think there is an issue with the GUI we need to resolve so we can use these characters in the GUI set up.
