Do you have CLI steps? I have problem with my ports, don't know it was from ISP modem or my PFsense.

12222 is the main one needed for CAPWAP connectivity. Firewall rules in a bit more depth. These may vary depending on region, but in your own instance if you click on your name in the top right > about Extreme CloudIQ > click the firewall configuration guide
