Hi I tried to upgrade our NG virtual appliance from 19.5.1.7 to 20.1.5.2 but it freezes at 10% while unpacking the signed tar file. I’ have rebooted the appliance several times and tried again to no avail. I have now deployed a new NH 20.1.5.2 appliance alongside the current NG 19.5.1.7 but I’m not sure how to export my configuration on the old NH and import it on the new appliance. Is there a tutorial to do this? Or is there a solution for the freeze issue?
