Hi I tried to upgrade our NG virtual appliance from 19.5.1.7 to 20.1.5.2 but it freezes at 10% while unpacking the signed tar file. I’ have rebooted the appliance several times and tried again to no avail. I have now deployed a new NH 20.1.5.2 applia...

I'm not sure if I have complete admin access to the VM as I can't find certain settings like smtp server of upgrade options. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Many thanks!

Okay fyi: apparently I had to upgrade to version 20.1.4.3 first and then proceeded to version 20.1.5.2 , all is running well now.

Migrate NG 19.5.1.7 to 20.1.5.2 freezes

Hi, we are currently using the HiveManager NG on premise VM, build 11.21.0.1. We would like to upgrade to the latest version, is there any way to do the upgrade ourselves?
