Hello,
we are migrating from our on-premise HiveManager to HiveManger NG in the cloud and we are facing some issues when we try to import the keys into NG version. I'm getting following error message only for some keys:
"License Server Error: The dates specified in this entitlement key are invalid."
All keys are permanent and I think that there shouldn't be any issue.

thing is that we have 25 keys and only 7 are failing and I don't know why.

Hello,
I believe keys for on premise are different to the cloud versions, hence the error.
