I added a new AP to our HiveManager via serial number. I have it connected to the network and it has an IP via DHCP. I can verify connectivity via SSH and HTTPS. It can ping out to the internet and DNS is resolving properly. The problem that I'm having is that it is not connecting to the HiveManager in the cloud.
Please help.

What did you do? I'm having the same issue with an AP170. We have Hivemanager NG on prem.

Ok. I was able to get it to change those settings too after some cli work. Thank you.

I was able to get it to connect to HiveManager now, but it's giving me an error stating that it couldn't download the configuration.
