AP330 plugged into port where 130 was. AP130 moved to new port/location. The 130 is working as expected. 330 not connecting to clients. I can't find the configuration difference. First time with 2 Aerohive APs in the same building.

In that case could we SSH in to the AP, apply the following debugs, replicate the issue, and email me the tech data and MAC address of the client device used to replicate the issue?
Debugs:
_debug auth basic
_debug auth verbose
I would collect the tech data from the CLI of the AP since we can't get it via the Tools tab; this guide reviews how to do this:

Can't get to the Tools menu as I am using Connect

Could you run a client monitor (Tools tab within the HiveManager) to see where the connections are failing when we try to connect to the 330? Also if you could send me tech data from the 330 I can take a look to see if we're seeing any errors in the buffered logs, if the configuration looks correct on the APs, etc. My direct email is communityhelp@aerohive.com if you'd like to send this to me directly.
To get tech data using HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com) go to
Monitor> Select the check box next to the AP> Utilities> Get Tech Data.
To get tech data using HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com) go to
Tools> Utilities> Get tech data> Check the box next to the device> Get tech data (blue button at the top of the page this time).
This guide reviews how to get tech data from the CLI of the AP in case that's easier:
